the Jax player insulted me at champ select and trash talk cause i pick my Janna and went mid i almost made my team win with Rengar and CATlyn,why do i get punished for someone else bad intentions? i think your report thingy is not working correctly

These things you said were directly contrary to Riot's specific behavioral policies: announcing that you're going to report someone and making an issue out of it, accusing them of trolling, etc. are considered harassment. They don't help the situation, and all they really do is tilt the whole team. Apart from that, you were arguing and bickering pretty much the entire time.

A replay isn't necessary, because you're being punished for things you said in chat, which won't show up in a replay. The behavior of other players isn't relevant here, because you're punished only for your own actions.
