game freezes "not responding" after 2 min start match

ALWAYS HAPPENS after last patch,my game freezesat 2 min mark,it doesnt take it as a disconect and i die,when i close it with task manager i respawn with 1 death

i can post replay and screenshots,also when i disconect it doesnt make my champion recall or run back to base it just stands there and dies,the others players said
