Lag after last patch

game runs normal then lags spikes from 400 then 800 then back down it has been happening since last patch i want a fix please

help?i am losing a lot cause of this,the game runs fine then lag spike to 400,then i see all champ sliding like skating on ice then turns back to normal and im dead

bump tried flush dns,then reset the router,then factory reset it,still no fix so its not my end
