Lag after last patch
game runs normal then lags spikes from 400 then 800 then back down it has been happening since last patch i want a fix please

help?i am losing a lot cause of this,the game runs fine then lag spike to 400,then i see all champ sliding like skating on ice then turns back to normal and im dead
