H3llStorm, your League of Legends account has been suspended

Context: toxic in the past got two 14 day account bans for wishing people cancer reformed and never said anything like that again few months later 3 feeders dying over and over again I call them retards perma ban

I improved my behaviour a lot, to the point where I didn't get a single warning for being reported but was toxic in one game Is there a point in appealing this ban get lifted?

See, I can't really help in any of these kinds of posts because I always don't get why people make them in the first place. There was no reason to call someone a retard, and people in general need to realize that in the real world you can't just do that. I don't know man, it wasn't necessary.

Of course it wasn't necessary, but this was the first time in a few months I've been toxic I'm just trying to see if other people really think I deserve a perma ban for calling someone a retard

Let's make one thing abundantly clear: You would not have been permabanned for calling someone a retard if this was your first offense. 14-day bans are the last warning you get, and if you manage to even get to your 14-day ban, Riot will be watching you very closely.

in the real world people do that all the time.

lets say some kid parks next to your new car and throws his car door open and puts a little dent in your car. you arent going to say anything negative to him? are you going to do it the riot way and say 'hey its okay buddy i know you did your best'?

if so then you are doing nothing to keep him from doing it again and just walking all over whoever he wants.

Call the cops, make photos for the insurance and get indemnity. (or arrange U with the person without calling the cops, if he / she isn't well-insured) At least that's how we do it in Germany ....

If he scratched my lacquer, or what ever ... Why the fuck should I pay for the repairing costs, in your opinion? That's why nearly everyone is insured (at least in Germany). For cases like this.

I mean ... There is another option. You can take a stone(or what ever) and throw it into the face of that fking retard, after that you kick his care over and over until his car is at least damaged like yours. That's what you would do, right?

not really a good example. there is no monetary loss in a game of league. no insurance paperwork to file. it's a game.

i guarantee these nerds wouldn't go join a pickup game of basketball and talk to people the same way, because they'd get their ass kicked.

It hardly matters if people do it in the real world. This is a video game.

But still, here's an idea. You can behave in a civilized way and still be able to get your point across. Calmly demand a number and insurance and have it work out that way. If you're having to result to verbally, or physically, assaulting someone to get a point across; you're not an adult. That's something children do, because they don't have the social development to do otherwise.

Okay. Put in a support ticket. Say you think you were real close to the three month line of your status of behavior to go back down a level. Ask them if they will consider giving you another 14 day ban since you have been trying hard and we're almost into safe territory. If your story checks out, they MIGHT reverse it. Might. They'll know if you are lying.

Why is it that people dont understand how bans works. This one game wasnt the cause of the permaban. Its your continuance of being toxic that got you permaban. You had already gotten a 14 day ban which should have been a huge red flag to change. The system shows that you hadnt learn the last time you got ban so why bother giving you more chances if you are just going to be toxic? Especially now with how punishment works you need to be clear for 3 (?) months in order to drop tier of your punishment.

The thing is Riot is not saying this offense is permanent ban worthy (unless u have never been chat restricted before). What riot is saying is it is chat restriction worthy. The catch is that Riot says that if you keep repeating this behavior that chat restrictions will escalate to more severe punishments and being a repeat offender is what earned you the permanent ban. Until recently players would just accumulate chat restrictions and the # of games players would have to play to get it lifted quickly rose over the expected # of lifetime games an account would have. This combined with a flood of players complaining and quitting the game due to it being more about abusing your allies than defeating your enemy forced them to change how they handled the punishment system as a whole. They then implemented a 4 tier system and only the most extreme cases would skip tiers but any offense would bump you up one tier to the 4th tier which unfortunately is good bye.

If you decide to make another account remember that if your allies are (insert undesirable trait) they likely do not care or want to hear about it, and if other good players are on your team they likely made the same observation as you. No one benefits from you identifying it while the game is in progress. You however do lose out on time in game you spend typing and you risk losing access to your account if you retaliate in game. You are in luck because riot has provided a way to fight back but its not through insults or lecturing those who don't care or understand its though the end of game report feature and your able to provide as much details and specific as you can remember, furthermore you can submit screen shots or recordings of games through player support on the website.

Your disappointment with your team is most likely justified but your way of handling the situation is not. Let riot support staff send them the same message you got (it tends to speak a lot louder than any comment another user makes) and focus on the game in progress until it ends. There is no amount of arguing with a troll in game that will help you and you risk everything to do it.
