4 afks in a row, am I unlucky or is this normal?

Depends on game mode. If this is ranked, then depends on division. High division, you're unlucky. Low division, you're lucky. They decided to afk instead of feed.
You are unlucky. It is possible that 40-60% of your games will have a troll or an AFK. Of course this depends on your current division and also what time you play.
It's all normal to have 1 or multiple AFKers per game. Just relax and have a beer if you're allowed
I have had 9 in a row before. 11 out of 12 in that same time period. Just pray for better luck I guess :(
