isn't there a ban less then 14 days that your supposed to get as your first penalty? 1 day or 3 day? only game where u can get an "honor upgrade" and ban in same week lol

Depends on what the punishment was for.
Certain things cause the account to skip punishment tiers straight to 14-days, such things include hate speech, self-harm, sexism, racism, int-feeding among other things.
Here is a flowchart Karunamon posted for the behaviour system a while ago for reference:
Hate speech, Racism, and encouraging others to harm themselves is part of zero tolerance policy.
Saying such things will get you 14-day banned regardless of what honor level you are at.
There are 4-tiers of punishment right now:
- 10 game chat restriction
- 25 game chat restriction
- 14-day ban
- permaban
1-day / 3-day bans were from waaaaaaaayyyy back. Like 4 years ago.
That depends on the offense. Certain offenses, such as hate speech, telling another to harm themselves or others, extreme toxicity, etc, are escalated buttons the standard punishment tiers.
