isn't there a ban less then 14 days that your supposed to get as your first penalty? 1 day or 3 day? only game where u can get an "honor upgrade" and ban in same week lol

Depends on what the punishment was for.

Certain things cause the account to skip punishment tiers straight to 14-days, such things include hate speech, self-harm, sexism, racism, int-feeding among other things.

Hate speech, Racism, and encouraging others to harm themselves is part of zero tolerance policy.

Saying such things will get you 14-day banned regardless of what honor level you are at.

There are 4-tiers of punishment right now:

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14-day ban
permaban

1-day / 3-day bans were from waaaaaaaayyyy back. Like 4 years ago.

That depends on the offense. Certain offenses, such as hate speech, telling another to harm themselves or others, extreme toxicity, etc, are escalated buttons the standard punishment tiers.

lol naw nothing really to see a guy on my team died mid early twice and then afked and I typed to my team that I cant believe that %%%got afked. one of my teammates start lecturing me on use of the word and I called him a snowflake. was surprised cuz I have got like 1 or 2 chat bans since season 3 a but rules are rules cant go saying hurtful stuff on the internet these days.

So it wasn't really the first time you got a punishment like you stated ? Honestly don't now if your misremembering the time frame though. I'd think that was long enough to work down a chat ban.

You can say hurtful things in game, your just going to get a punishment if you get caught.

Why waste your time trying to hurt a random player ? Personally, I'm thrilled Riot does this. IMHO

2 chat bans scattered over 5ish years lol would not mean an auto 14 day ban for next punishment. clearly it was a direct result of an auto 14 for using the word %%%. and I ma sure u are thrilled because u are clearly the type of person is who gets hurt from strangers on the internet using words u don't like. I could care less about the ban. not likely for me to get another till i move back down the punishment ladder
