Alright so i can confirm for a fact that the player is boosting he is a lvl 30 odd something with 70 percent winrate in b2 playing with a silver player as his support they have a 80 perent winrate together is there anyway to get them reported or something because Jesus why do they pop up in my promos lol also they were talking shit the entire game liek seriously your gonna go get someone to boost you and they talk shit the entire laning phase lol

I can confirm neither smurfing or duo queue-ing is against the rules. It's not very nice when used together to "boost" someone, but unfortunately it is still not against the rules.
