urgot w doing 100% on hit damage

Maybe its not a bug and i missed a buff somewhere but just played an aram with him and used wits end he was dealing the base dmage of his w with 100% of wits end damage the full 75magic damage per proc sooooooo yeah. double checked and its supposed to be 50% of on hit damage but again maybe i missed a buff somewhere.

would like to note this was on minions where hes supposed to do 50%

No it's still:

with only 50% on-hit damage and cannot Critical strike.

That's a bug if it's applying at full strength
