So Im currently D1, meaning I meet the same 20 players every game. I have had the same Ahri 3 times in a row that does her 'lvl 1 roam strat' where she never goes botlane (she is 'support') and just runs around the map spamming charm.

I said I will report her and she goes 'alot of ppl say what you say and nothing happens, only toxic ppl get banned xDDDD'. Whenever one of my team mates flames her she goes 'Report x flame she will get 2 week cause of chat system xDDDDDD'

I ask her why and she goes 'cause riot chat system is gay xDDDD fuck riot banned my account'

Submit a ticket and explain the behavior.

okay and why exactly did you create this post?

we alrdy know that trolling/inting only gets punished via manual review which is super rare. we know (even tho some deny it) that support tickets do absolutely nothing (check my 2 threads about that topic where i reported 4 straight up inting people, none of them are banned) and we know that flame = punishement.
