Aram/Draft/Ranked Share Leave Buster Penalties??

Is there a reason for this? I mean I know it isn't exactly good habit to dodge but sometimes you just get unfun champions to play on aram (like Shyvana) and you just used or don't have any re-rolls.

I was just timed out thirty minutes from isp disconnecting me a previous game in lobby earlier today (a draft normal) then dodging an Aram lobby.. ( )

What I'm saying is Leaver Busters shouldn't be tied together because each mode has a different approach/feel/intensity in how the community views them.

Innately the community sees Aram/Poro King as a couple of the least toxic game modes to be in to take a break from the Rift, and actually have some 'fun', just to go back to the Rift a short time later like the masochists League players are, and some even play only Aram, but they are the minority
