2 week suspension for getting tilted due to cheaters in game..
how is this fair... i report them every single time. im always getting fucking punished for being cheated any fun.

To be blunt, you are not facing cheaters/hackers like you believe you are. Try to understand that in the heat of the moment things can seem to happen fast and you may misremember some details, we all do it. Hacking/scripting etc. really is quite rare, and for players in the largest elo groups (Bronze-Gold) the chance of meeting one is extremely slim and you may not ever see one in your entire time playing the game over hundreds or thousands of matches.
This does not mean you are "bad", just that you aren't fully considering all the actions taking place in short periods of time, and unless you are very good at the game it will be impossible to keep track of everything going on as more actions take place in one area (like a teamfight). Take a break from the game to study gameplay from a spectator position, as it alleviates the stress and allows you to view actions in slow motion and replay parts you would normally miss while actually playing.
If you are feeling frustrated in a certain matchup, try to pull back and play a little safer; if you die easily to someone one time, unless you return with a large power spike it's likely to happen again, so don't repeatedly go into fights that you don't have a good advantage in (it is a team game, so use your teammates to gain that!).
If they are taunting you, be sure to Mute them so you don't have to listen to it. What's important is that you focus on the match and do your best, and learn from your mistakes.

Pretty sure you're just inexperienced but doesn't want to admit it. If you think you can prove it, there's Replay for a reason.
There's a replay system, you can easily post the video to show evidence of what you claim.
Even if people are cheating, you don't talk to them in chat, you simply mute them, report them and move on.
Still... I doubt you're facing any cheaters---let's see the video evidence.
according to op.gg you've been in bronze 3 seasons, i think you're getting a bit bitter and maybe just writing things off as cheats. learn items, learn how they stack
