Why are @Riot employees held to a lower standard than League players?

A Riot employee (Riot Swade) just said he would report Kaceytron for feeding. She was lagging incredibly hard, and her stream even cut out. This all made her tear up on stream, and I feel as though the title should be reversed. Riot employees shouldn't shame other players, they should be a class above that. Knowing the struggle females face in the League, and gaming community in general (females are few and far between in terms of gaming), is it okay that a Riot employee shamed Kaceytron on stream? I don't think so, and this sparked this thought I wanted to share with all of you:

I mean she went 0/12/0 and the account's average KDA is 1/9/3.

Nobody deserves to have that shit in their games. Ban deserved.

Are you so gullible that you believe Kaceytron isn't capable of playing better? She has publicly admitted that her channel is a satire on League and on other female streamers, yet somehow people miss that and take her (and her gameplay) seriously.

You're telling me, if you had someone on your team go 0/12/0 you wouldn't report them? If you have a shitty connection, don't play. Simple as that. Riot should show no favoritism to anyone, just because she is a female streamer doesn't mean that she's immune to the rules.

back in season 3 i saw a thread were someone from riot said "she is in an elo where her playstyle and amount of deaths is normal"

also let me get this right: SHE DIDNT LAGG AT ALL!!! not one second did she lag. and she didnt cry either, she never cries. one time she thought its not on cam, but you saw her sticking her hands into a glass of water and wishing it in her face to make it look like she "cried like a waterfall"

and for real if you, mister OP, think kaceytron has it "hard as a female gamer" there is not a lot to talk with you. because if you think she is serious and not an actor for money, you dont understand why she streams at all.

yea she should get banned for feeding because we all know SHE IS ACTING and part of her show is failing every game on purpose. she ends games with under 50 cs in 40min even tho she was mid. she barely has a game where she hasnt the most deaths. she deserves a bann but riot doesnt bann her. and for the lols: when she started streaming she was plat. yea right. SHE WAS PLAT. she is a good player. she just trolls on purpose. ACTOR FOR MONEY

can we focus on nicktron for a moment? the male euw kaceytron? he spamms "report xy" EVERY GAME and never had a bann or restrict. this guy really deserves a bann.
