Instant perma ban after my 14 day suspension?

Hello I got a 14 day suspension, and I decided that I wasn't going to be toxic anymore cz it wasn't worth getting banned, but as soon as the 14 day suspension came off I went to log in and I was permanently banned. Is this a mistake? I hadn't played a single game after the 14 day suspension, and I have many years of showing i was an honorable player before this last 2 months when I was just really tilted (mostly just ladder anxiety from climbing). I didn't excuse my behavior I accepted the 2 week suspension, but is it possible this permanent ban was a mistake? I really hope my account isn't gone after permabanning me for the same game you 14 day banned me for. :(

Here is the chat logs and a little backstory of the game, so I picked Tryndamere normals and got invaded lvl 2 and died, immediately after going to my jungle again he did the same thing and basically after that I couldn't go in my jungle without their top/mid/jungle coming and invading me to kill me, I was trying really hard to avoid dying but Warwick ain't easy to get away from. At that point after I jokingly said GG because I died a couple times. I also asked if we could open mid because it was a normals game they said no so I kept playing. I never once gave up or really even flamed anyone in my opinion. I know in other games I did flame a lot worse than this game. I have called some people 'idiot' at my worst. My top and mid laner were pretty much just flaming me calling me boosted so I was responding with a tilted attitude. "How are you platinum" etc. Like I had a really bad game and they were just rubbing it in my face. I didn't once call them any names or make fun of them AT ALL.
