Permanent Ban, is it possible I could get my ban reduced?

UPDATE: I have been unbanned by riot player support! Thank you all so much who supported me, and big thanks to riot support for talking things over with me! Like I said before I don't justify any of my actions, I only stated that I didn't think I deserved a permanent ban for it. I also talked with riot support about the escalation system and even they agree the first 2 bans (10 and 25 game chat restriction) tend to get over looked by players. And after the 2 week ban do players tend to chose between reform, or continue down toxicity. The support team agree'd my behavior was improving since my last ban and that since I had played a lot of games and earned honor back that they would change it to only a 2 week suspension since I was able to identify the problems in my chat logs and give a proper response to what I should have done. i chatted for about an hour in Live Chat discussing my ban and my previous and current behavior and I just want to say. If you are at a situation like me, take the time to contact support. They want to help players. If you really care about reforming you can get your account unbanned/reduce the ban. I'm not saying all the people who got permanent banned deserve to be unbanned but some people like me who try to reform do deserve another chance. Big thanks to everyone who supported me again.

I have improved my behavior SO much from my 14 day ban. I have played over 100 games without getting reported and started earning my honor back. I use an AHK to disable chat. I did try turning that off a couple days ago to help myself communicate in ranked games better. I wasn't getting toxic at all in my soloq games, but I had this one 3v3 game (my last game played on this account) where I got a little salty over someone that was intentionally trolling me in game. I will now post the chat logs that got me permanent banned. I'll admit I'm fine with being punished since I did say some things which I could have bit my tongue on, but I honestly believe I don't deserve to be permanent banned. My account was on a fine line because it had gotten a 14 day suspension in the past, but my behavior then was completely bad. I was using chat to flame really bad, nothing like what these chat logs are. Also I only got 1 game of report and I got banned. I wish a permanent ban would at least take 2 or 3 games so the system doesn't just auto-ban me right away in a situation like this.

So here are my chat logs:

The game is being played in a 3v3 flex game and I'll explain what happens and why I said what I said.

Game 1 (the only game)

High Performance: why are you trolling High Performance: lux High Performance: its not even that she legit didnt even try to win that fight

-Lux walks into their jungle gives first blood then comes top lane and flashes in on the Caitlyn, luckily I had poked the Caitlyn down a lot so she couldn't fight back, Sion then heads top to fight us and Lux stands still and lets Sion charge his Q up wihle I am fighting him, I end up dying and he lives with 10 HP because she intentionally didn't try to help me.

High Performance: just go bot lux..

-I am playing top Lucian as it is META to play ADC in top lane, she was already agreeing to play bot lane in champ select, but once she died she gave up or something and didn't want to lane against fizz.

High Performance: stop follwing me High Performance: ur making me lose exp High Performance: sigh

-So after realizing she isn't going to listen I decided to go bot, she then follows me and after I tell her she is making me lose EXP, she decided to head back top. At this point there was no way I could fight fizz anymore because of the level difference she was causing with her troll plays.

High Performance: i seriously don't undestand High Performance: shes trolling High Performance: fake lagging High Performance: if i knew lux was a troll i woulda dodged anyways

-At this point lux shows her ping in chat, I think it was like 100 or something and she instantly DCs after that. She probably was lagging, but it doesn't account for the fact that she was legitimately making decisions that are bad for the team (trolling) things that aren't caused by lag, but caused by you intentionally trying to do bad for the team.

-Enemy Caitlyn starts trash talking me saying I was losing lane, when I never even got to lane this game because Lux was trolling. This did make me kind of salty this was the point where I should have muted the chat. The things I say from this point aren't really toxic, they just are "uncalled for".

High Performance: she was trolling thats why High Performance: oh you're silver 2 no wonder you thnk you're good High Performance: lol

-At first I was just bantering a long with her, because there was no way I thought she was being serious (hence I was saying lol a lot, I thought i was all just jokes.)

High Performance: you can't tell the difference between anything High Performance: well you still aren't good so it doesn't matter lol High Performance: your acc never been past plat 3 High Performance: just checkd High Performance: i checkd all time High Performance: lol you actually suck ur lucky

-Once again just thinking it was banter and we were jokingly trash talking each other, you know like people do in games all the time.

-Saying ggwp because I thought they could end the game.

-Caitlyn basically flaming me again, I just replied going along with it just bantering with her. She claims I was crying in All Chat all game but really I didn't type anything until like 10 mins when fizz tower dove me.

-Calling her out after she misses another net on me. She kept saying she was so good. I was just giving her a reality check. Stuff like this is what I call "uncalled for" but not "toxic". If Riot disagrees I would gladly just not use chat. Honestly having the chat system in the game seems pointless, I feel like I can't say anything anymore without being worried about getting banned.

-At this point I realized I might have taken it too far, because Caitlyn was sounding serious and not just banter anymore. So I didn't want to reply to her anymore at this point.

-Lux declined the surrender vote while being AFK in base.

-Just telling her I'm reporting her for what she is doing.

High Performance: fucking fizz

-Fizz one shots me with only a Q W no E or R. So I was just like "GOD DAM THAT DMG" without really saying it that way.

-Fizz said something along the lines of "why are you replying if you're not going to reply" and I thought he was calling himself silver so I asked him. It wasn't meant negatively at all, was legitimately asking him if he was silver, because he was going really well.

-At this point I already knew Caitlyn was just flaming me and that replying wouldn't be for banter. So I didn't bother replying anything besides simple messages. Nothing toxic.

High Performance: keep lying to urself to feel better about a free win

-Another "uncalled for" message, but really not "toxic" at all.

Conclusion, do you really think I deserve a permanent ban for this? What do you think my punishment should be? I honestly want to reform, if I'm being toxic in this chat log please tell me what things I should avoid saying and why exactly those things are considered toxic, so I can avoid similar things. I hope I can get my ban reduced because I 100% believe with my heart that I don't deserve a permanent ban and that I have reformed a lot compared to what I was before and that I'm only going to keep reforming.

Also an idea I thought of is, why doesn't Riot implement their detection system to just automatically ********* "toxic" behavior. People like me who watch Korean streams and then play on NA, it's hard to believe how sensitive the system is on NA compared to Korea. I understand they are different servers and I'm getting off topic now. I really just don't want to get banned anymore, so even if I have to go make a new account please help me understand what I am doing wrong.

Definitely not permaban worthy but they won't reduce it, sorry my dude.

When I wrote a ticket about mine they're like "In your case, you are welcome to make a new account, but we will not be unbanning this one for any reason. If there are no other questions or concerns, I will be considering the matter closed."

Would this normally net a permaban? No, it would not. However, because of prior punishments it is enough to receive a punishment. It just happened your next step was a permaban.

Okie bud, let me try to lay this out as plainly as I can: What you think is mistaken and fundamentally flawed from the get go.

You had how many chances to reform before this point, you had how many times to not type a message- you had literally warning after warning, and a finally one telling you what would happen if you messed up again. Let's just ignore the fact that you signed up to play a game, that had the rules in place to begin with, but BROKE the rules several times to get to this point.

Let's say you went up to someone in real life, and gave them some sort of physical trauma- regardless of how it is, if they asked you to stop/were uncomfortable with it you physically assaulted them by the definition of assault. Just as there's a definition of toxic, and it's defined by very negative and condescending behavior of other people/players.

Now, do you believe that someone who essentially gets probation- someone told not to hurt people any more should get their sentence reduced if they hurt anyone in any other way again?

That's what YOU did in some way or another. You don't have to believe it, you can think people are thin skinned and that means they hurt themselves- but the only element involved that actually hurt them IS you, the toxic player. Please explain to me how it is the system's fault when you went against a system again and again and broke the rules knowingly? Why should you get your sentence reduced?... You hurt people, admitting it or not- acknowledging it or not doesn't matter. You did what you did, and you can't weasel out of it.
