Had a booster in my last game, it's in my match history (the twitch) How do I get him banned? He was also toxic, but it was passive aggressive stuff like "good job" when we all died or "nice cage" when i missed a cage on veigar.
It looks like he is DuoQ boosting, which is allowed.
You should contact support anyways with the information on him. There might be some other rules he has broken.
If somebody else is on his account, you can get action taken against him with a support ticket detailing the evidence you've found. I've gotten boosted accounts banned this way before.
If RallerenP is correct and he's being boosted by his duo partner, that's not against the rules. Ultimately, I don't really see that as "boosting". The matches should still be fair.
If he's toxic, standard post-game reports should work.
