is trolling not a report option?

This ass just sat bottom lane, cloaked as Teemo for the whole game, which made bottom lane significantly under leveled. No report option for that, but if I would have raged at him and he reported me, I'd have another permabanned account.

RIOT, if verbal abuse is really the only thing you care about, you're going to lose a lot of good players. I don't mean players like me, I'm toxic as hell, but I mean actually good people that could make this game better, but you still haven't implemented anything to punish trolling players.

For what reason would a guy choose jungle, pick Teemo, then sit bottom lane invisible for 20 minutes? We surrendered at 20 and didn't even have anything to report Teemo on (who voted no).

I started in S2, went 3 seasons before I ever got reported, then ended up with 3 permabanned accounts for verbal abuse but I finally got fed up with trolls.

I know I'm only person, playing my sad violin solo and nobody actually cares if I enjoy this game a lot, but I care about the other people who WILL INEVITABLY experience this and I hope they don't become discouraged because RIOT has no plans to punish trolls.

Trolling is just another word for griefing which is listed under unsportsmanlike conduct.

Nope, going to gain a lot of players when people realize they can't get away with abuse! I Look forward to that day.
