Is there any way to remove the chat completely?

I have been chat restricted and banned for verbal abuse. This is simply because when I play games I get very mad, especially if one of my teammates flames me for something out of my control or leaves the game. I know this is my fault, and I don't want to be banned or stuff like that so I wonder if there's any way to remove your own access to writing stuff at all. Because when I get ksed or something I will automatically write something not so nice to the person who kses me (if it's a support or someone already super fed). Even though I know I shouldn't I just can't help myself. The chat in Leauge is completely unnecessary tbh as the pings are more than enough to call strats with (at least in Silver - Bronze which I'm in). I wanna be able to see what my team is typing but I wanna hinder myself from typing mean stuff to the rest of my team, and I don't have enough discipline to keep myself from typing so I'd rather turn it off completely. Other than that I won't be able to get rewards I'm happy I got chat restricted. It keeps me more focused on playing rather than flaming. I hate flaming.

Is there any way to remove my own ability to type? Thanks!
