Honor Level 5 & Platinum But No Banner

I know this is a small and pretty insignificant issue, but I have no banner in the lobbies and loading screens despite finishing in Platinum in both flex and solo duo and not having any offenses in season 9 and being honor level 5 currently. Does anybody know why this is? It feels like a bug to me as everybody else has one.

Click on your picture and select it to show ranked border instead of prestige border

I have the same issue. I got all the rewards and the banner trim on my profile but after transferring to another region, my past rank shows IRON (TFT rank). I know the fact that your loading screen and rank reset when you transfer region but isn't it that your past season rank's carried when you transfer region?
