End game Lobby

Why is it that people will subtly troll you in game, not going super hard with racism but like... they'll follow you and steal ur CS, maybe say ur useless etc, call you a 12 yr old cause ya know, apparently its 2000 and thats still an insult.. BUT when you get to post game lobby, they will just UNLOAD on you, calling you everything in the book and at this point they cant be muted... is this shit not recorded or what?... Ive not ONCE seen someone get punished for shit they say in post game lobby... u report them for it but they didnt really say much in the game itself... so you never get a feedback report for it. (Im aware u only get them if your reports the one to trigger it) But not once has it happened for the intense post game harassment people do constantly. Its bad enough they arent getting banned for following u and greifing you, stealing ur CS when u ask them not to and they blatantly say "I am ur useless"... like, the fk? ofc ur teammates gonna be useless if you're doing EVERYTHING in your power to keep them behind or not ahead in any way... i dont understand the stupidity or thought process of the people that do this.... they honestly deserve a perma ban from the game. flat out, no exceptions. its the same as inting if not worse because not only are you not doing what u should be doing, and dying for no reason, you're also PREVENTING another teammate from being able to keep up and possibly win 4v5 by trolling them too.

I honestly hate most of the community in this game. Its sooo hard to not be "Toxic"... if you want to consider going off on people like that who deserve it 100% being toxic, because I dont... when people do this shit.
