Why i can' get Key Fragments, before 15 days i got the ban for flame for 14 days, my ban expires and now i cant get key fragments to open the BOX. When i end the game riot give me this 'You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions.' in chat sistem. 15days i can't get Key Fragment -.-. My english is bad who can understand me give me answeR.

The situation has been explained multiple times to you already, spamming the boards will not help you.

I have heard the more reports you get during the hextech recovery(that's what i like to call it) the more games are added on to the required. also it depends on the severity of your behavior that got the ban.
