Why i can' get Key Fragments, before 15 days i got the ban for flame for 14 days, my ban expires and now i cant get key fragments to open the BOX. When i end the game riot give me this 'You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions.' in chat sistem. 15days i can't get Key Fragment -.-. My english is bad who can understand me give me answeR.

After 10-game chat restriction it's around 20 games? idk but for longer durations it can be months so I advise you to stop being toxic, negative and start muting/not typing as much.

I had english in school for about 4 years and the last 10 years i am just reading and listening random sites on the internet to get a feeling for the language.
Anyway, I don't know the exact meaning of the 3 words above, i get it from context, and you expect someone which is clearly not in the situation to talk in english to understand that?

It is a punishment. It goes away after you play 1 or 2 months without flame.

NoRunesMasteries1 votesI don't want to disrespect him nor think he is stupid. His vocabulary is really great for someone who says they don't speak English as a native language.
I used those words so I wouldn't sound cliche and make him sound any less of a being he is nor am I trying to speak "dumb". Frankly you will understand.
So in all fairness I was helpful to the content of being helpful and as well if he doesn't understand something he can simply ask about it or google with technology now-a-days.
I do not want to make him sound like he can't understand something because he states he doesn't know much English. No point of making him sound like he won't understand something rather than let him explore if he can or can not.
So please do yourself a favor and don't picture people on the internet and or those who say they don't know much to talk any less lower to them. You're mocking them in that sense. You expect them to learn something if you just give them the cheats? I merely was giving him the content he needed and the help he asked for. If he has a problem he would reply back with questions. Don't judge someone to be something if it isn't true or confirmed, you make them look bad in that sense.
