Why i can' get Key Fragments, before 15 days i got the ban for flame for 14 days, my ban expires and now i cant get key fragments to open the BOX. When i end the game riot give me this 'You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions.' in chat sistem. 15days i can't get Key Fragment -.-. My english is bad who can understand me give me answeR.

Even though you're ban is over, you won't be getting keys or chests until you can show you have reformed

You need that many games after your ban is up, not in total for the season.

Hard to believe you played 150 games in 15 days.

Also if you got validly reported, then you'll need to play more games.
