Screen shot your chat logs. Otherwise no person will believe you.
You can post your full chat logs and we can weigh in on them. Generally, you aren't punished for these minimal lines of chat.
The photo you posted has no relevance to your punishment.

I have a feeling you did some flaming. I have about 20 perma banned accounts i'm now reformed with honor lvl 3 in gold 4 almost. It takes 3 games of negative activity to warrant a disciplinary action. So this one game didn't just cause you to get banned. You obviously been chat restricted twice and now that that didn't work ur account is suspended. Been there, done that, too many times.
As others have stated you're not gonna get much in the way of sympathy and/or help unless you post your entire unedited chat logs here first (you should see them when you log into the game client).
