Honor Ward Skin OP

Welp, I no longer feel bad about anyone in Player Behavior who won't get honor season rewards. It's not worth it.

Honor is worth the capsules and keys but thats about it.

Not even worth the loading screen flair when you just end up inting or afking anyway.
