Premade trying to force me out of my role in flex

So I was playing flex with my buddy and we got into a lobby and the jungler ask if he can mid I say no. I was already hovering my champion and the ADC bans my champ Ekko. The guy pretends he did not see and said he meant to ban draven. The jungler asks again if he can have mid now that my champ was banned so I was skeptical. I do a quick look up and see that they are premade. Is there a way to prevent this kind of abuse and should this be a reportable and temporarily banned offense (I would say yes). I ended up playing Ziggs and we won the game by a landslide but I still do not like this kind of behavior, and why would anyone think it is ok to force someone out of a role?

I'll say the same as the others:

It's a reeeaaaallly dick move, but it's not punishable to ban your teammates champ.

You don't hover. People are assholes. Also, never give into the tactic. They do it because they think it works.

but he did not forcibly go mid and take over the lane. banning your intent if on purpose is a dick move, but one that is not against the rules.

i suppose the way to prevent abuse is not to hover your intent

I mean... It literally could have been an accident. There's no way to confirm that.

play your most fun champ and do your best to play the game i mean if they sabotaged you they deserve the loss. honestly in my opinion it may be ranked but those games who have trolls dont matter. play the most fun champ you can think of despite low skill cap and not give a F.
