Seriously the community went from (2012) normal people to (2018) dandelions. Just let people be people instead of banning them for being themselves, even if they are giant assholes the mute button exist and if someones ego is so big that they can't bare to mute them to see what they're typing then they're intoxicating themselves. Why can't we go Korean and only be banned for intentionally not trying to win, you know something that affects the game more than someone typing trash on the way to their lane,jungle, or whatever.

just because Kevlar exists, it doesn't mean that the need to use it is perfectly ok

the mute button exists as a protection from toxicity, not as an excuse for it's existence

Sounds like someone who got banned for toxic. THe main reason is that it makes the game unenjoyable. If you get a dick in your games that's constantly second-guessing your decisions, pinging you whenever you flash or die, and flaming the shit out of you, it makes the game overall less fun. And you do realize that verbally assaulting people is, in theory, a crime in itself, albeit a minor one? So why would it be okay to flame in the game if not in real life. Obviously, banter isn't flaming. Banter is when both parties know it is a joke. When you get someone screaming about how they are having intercourse with your mother and how your dad is a deadbeat alcoholic, then they should be restricted from playing the game to cool off. If you get a guy called you the N-word and repeatedly saying F*g, then they should be banned. THis isn't a matter of who is and isn't a snowflake, it's about what would make the game more enjoyable lmao.
