Simple question. Did he write his insults grammatically correct? If yes then he will get punished, if not...Well i guess its up to chance.

Which shouldn't matter. If he says to kill yourself, he means to kill yourself. Grammar does not dictate morality.

He was saying that since the system is automated it might not recognize the words being used.

Riot certainly will punish the toxics, you just don't see it in effect cos the visibility on the system is poor. I.E you only see the punishment notification if the game you reported someone in is the same game that got them punished, and not when it is building towards the case.

Toxicity is actually is at its all-time low, but the visibility on the system is also on its all time low. Which means people feel like that the system isn't working.

The good thing is that Riot acknowledges that the visibility is lacking and working on a fix. The downside is that we won't see it until after the new client is up and running smoothly.
