i got a 14d ban like a week ago for toxcicity and ive made a new account and im still toxic and just cant help myself from flaming people when they do dum stuff so is there any way i can just mute myself from chatting because i really dont want to get perm banned

Rather than rely on Riot to fix your problems for you try working on fixing your issues yourself, or at the very least just yell and rage at the screen instead of in the chat. Remember that nobody's perfect, not even you, so if you wouldn't appreciate someone flaming you for messing up then just think of how they feel when/if you do the same.
I mean, youre gonna have to actually improve as a person to not be toxic. but you can always unbind your enter key to at the very least not get others tilted.
