/Remake is a problem

Instead of dodging in norms now, people are just closing their client after the game starts, so that they never connect, and their team will remake the game. I've played 3 games today, each ending in a remake at 3 minutes, after 10 minutes of getting ready for the game in Draft pick. Basically after 45 minutes of trying to play a game, I haven't been able too. Is there any punishment for being the person who doesn't connect in a game that's remade? Other wise is a problem, because its actually easier to just not connect, and log back in after 3 minutes, than to dodge and wait the 6 minutes to be able to queue up again.

Note: I'm aware that Lp is lost. The issue is that in normal games, there is seemingly no punishment for disconnecting and wasting everyones time.

In normals, they still get flagged by Leaverbuster, and if they do it often enough, they will get punished by Leaverbuster. How harsh the punishment is depends on their leaver history.

Pretty sure the one doing the dc'ing gets pinged by leaverbuster, and lose LP/their promo.

Dodging loses you 3 LP. As the one who leaves a remade game, it counts as a loss for you, including the same LP drop as if you had lost, which is generally more than 3 LP (unless you're already at 0 I guess?)

Not sure what logic these people are using if they think leaving from the start is better than dodging?

I was part of a remake once, because my client disconnected during the normals loading mode, nothing happened to me.

But I AFK once every few months or so, besides that I never DC.
