I Really Want to Get an Int. Feeder Banned

I was in ranked with a Jinx who pretended to take smite by mistake, that went on to go 1/17/6, doing half the damage of the support. She stayed in botlane all game, pushing until someone came to kill her.

After the loss, I searched her profile on op.gg and discovered that every ranked game with Jinx she took smite and pretty much fed her ass off. The problem is that it's deliberately subtle so as to confuse the automated system. She tags enemies and collects assists so as to keep her KDA as close to 1.0 as possible. She also keeps her farm high for a similar purpose. She also says nothing in chat to incriminate herself.

I really want this scumbag out of ranked. Or at least, out of an account that she can use to continue doing this to people.

Is there anything that can really be done other than reporting these scumbags the end of the match?
