Do they let you know when your reform period is up? imm up to 15 games since I got restricted (as in 15 games since my 10 games were up), and I was lead to beielve it was 10 or so games of good behavior before your "reform" period was up.

I'm just asking, cause I just got an S on a veigar (23/1/10), and it said I was not eligible for hextech. Nor did I get any mastery tokens. it kinda puts a HUGE damper on even WANTING to play, if I cant even get veigar up to rank 6 or 7.

Also, since I am still in reform period, does that mean I wont ever get a chest for veigar? If so, even more reason to quit this game.

No, they do not let you know when the reform period is up. Much like a cold, it wouldn't be miserable/a punishment if you knew when it was going to end.

As for the Veigar question, you haven't actually received your actual chest yet so any S right now doesn't count (it ignores them).
