Reported now this?

so my ult account i made got reported 1 time from myself and 2 others from my son, after the last report on this account i have no won a game every single game is so bad with the worst players i have ever seen in ranked, i have been demoted 2 time and im on an 8 game losing streak currently, however on my main account im climbing Evol in plat but have never been reported. by bad teams i mean TOXIC, FEEDING, AFK AND TROLLING every one is so bad even myself im going like 5-15-9 a game its stupid obvious something is up! here is what i think, the que system places people who have been reported with other players who have been reported i.e. toxic feeding trolls where as the team you face well ....more then likely are good players who are working as a team vs fighting, feeding and so on 8 games now and not one game even close to a win. however i dont dodge bad comps on this account and i also use it to learn new champs, i can see this being a reason for my performance to be meh but honestly wtf is up with silver, i have played in every rank and even bronze is better than this garbo i mean ending most of my ranked games on this account like 20-50 is stupid having bot lane, top lane or both top and bot lane diving and feeding @3 min in lol
