Someone Point Me In The Direction of Sending a Report Ticket

Please point me in the direction. Just played a game where this patheon legit threw a fit (started afk farming) cause I got caught ONCE (which isn't even due to overstepping or anything. LEGIT just failed a wallhop --- unlucky) and the enemy team got baron... we were still in the lead at that point and baron wasn't even enough to turn the tides of that game. Dude died SIX deaths to my two, but yet wants to put an ENTIRE, EASILY winnable game on me because of his stupid, god damn pride that only seems to matter when OTHER people make mistakes and NOT him.

And then you wonder why people turn into rage demons. But dw, I kept my cool during the game. I even tried reasoning with him, but hey, dude says he buys all of his accounts. If his account is bought, then issue a ban and make him spend more money for another account to rank up.

I'm happy and not happy with this. Even had another person on the enemy team say they remembered the guy from a game they played and he trolled there too. 30mins of my time wasted. Let him pay another 20 bucks and start over.
