False Reports
Just played a game with a person who said they false report for afk anyone who they don't like. Should this be a bannable offense?

It's about the dumbest thing they could do.
AFK is one of the easiest checks the system can make. After a while the system realized "this guy gives a lot of false reports" and starts to ignore them. Then they whine about how they never see people punished who deserve it and think the system sucks...
If this person keeps up a negative attitude they will most likely see some form of punishment down the road. Perhaps they have extenuating circumstances that you are unaware of that caused them to be toxic (e.g. had an afk in the last game or lost 5+ games in a row). As for reporting them, I am not sure if they are breaking any code of conduct set by Riot other than being a total a$$. Try your best to ignore it and not let it get to you. Anybody they do falsely report will not be punished anyway.
Yeah I get that its not technically hurting anyone. The problem I have with it is after they said they were going to falsely report one of the players, my entire team started flaming back at them. Pretty much completely ruined any fun I could of had. I reported said person for being toxic but not sure the system will actually flag that chat since they didn't swear or insult. Just said they would false report and had done it in the past.
