Honor Opponent

Some one please explain to me why, when riot created the honor system because they wanted to not courage toxic players, they took away the ability to honor your opponent. This has always frustrated me because a lot of times I feel like I had a fun match up against somebody. Either my win or theirs was well earned but I can't honor them letting them know that I enjoyed my game against them win or lose. Can we please bring this back?

I would like negative "honor" options too.... I know Riot ignores lots of reports, but I would love to flag a player that auto-losses a game... maybe Riot could track it and improve the matchmaking with it.

More Options would be:

  • Stayed Cool
  • Great Shot Calling
  • Friendly Teammate
  • Clueless
  • Did Nothing
  • YIKES

I think it would be hilarious and a great way to vent.... if a player got 4 negative flags, Riot's system could maybe, idk, WORK? And say "maybe this player should be in a lower ELO"....

Why did people downvote this? Well it shows that an Honorable Opponent is hard to find.

Yeah IDK why, but you can you know... use your words if all you wanted was to let them know you enjoyed your game against them. But yes, we've been waiting for that to be implemented for a while. Hell, I bet a guy that it would be implemented by August last year. Lost that one of course.
