Why no one should agree with the way people are banned

Like seriously, I've seen so many threads on this that I decided to make one on my own. We all know you can banned for saying the magic words but I've also seen topics where if someone tells someone to fuck off after the other guy said something like "I hope you drown in a lake and your mother gets f'd" the person who said fuck off gets suspended most of the time for "not keeping cool" reasons; giving the person the attention. I'm starting to think Riot doesn't look over reports at all anymore because most reports I've heard happen, happen instantly.

I've never gotten a message that someone was penalized, and it's mostly because I only report people who deserve to be reported, if they go support and make sexist comments to one of my friends who's a female but refuses to support them because they're basing this off a stereotype that females suck at video games (which has actually happened before) then you're damn right I'm gonna report them, but it never gets through, it never does, why even have the option to report people for misconduct.

A mid laner had a club name that was the triple K with the letters swapped with c's and k's which should be bannable (according to several of my in-game friends) but they don't get penalized because it probably wasn't programmed in the damn bot. Yes some bans are justified, but the WAY it happens is absolute nonsense.
