Can you report someone for not respecting draft roles?

I just had a game where my teammate got autofilled support and I got ADC. He asked me to play ADC and I said "no, I prefer to play ADC" and he locked ADC anyways.

Is this reportable? And if it is, what is it reported for? Unsportsmanlike conduct?

Yes, it's unsportsmanlike conduct.

There's a complete failure on RIOT's end to coordinate team compositions. They continually shove this meta, queue based system up our ass and expect everyone to take it. It's not acceptable.

We need a method to have a pre-picked team prior to queue. But there's nothing that adequately allows for this in client or on the boards. Absolutely nothing. No wonder people troll in this manner. Team builder wasn't horrible a while back but lacked a lot of functionality and they gutted that anyway for the abomination of flex queue.

not only is it reportable, but it carries a pretty heavy handed response from riot.

also when that happens, dont give up your role. just lock in ADC regardless, and play the game as if he's playing support.

seriously, you let him have ADC and you beta out and go support he will continue this behavior. a good idea is making a heavy AD rune page so you have an easier time than him last hitting, so you can take all the farm.

I mean, you can practice on more roles. I understand that ADC is like something that everyone likes to play because it's easy to control. But usually cases like this, people don't deserve the respect/support they need because of one mere problem.

(I apologize if you didn't understand).

Griefing. Make sure to note that stolen role in the comment section.

I dont normally play draft, but when i tried and i got the role I wanted (support) on my pbe account the person who was assigned jngl asked "can i sup?" And the just locked in lulu anyway. Bc of this asshole Autofill was activated for me bc i had to dodge. I had no clue how to jungle. What's the point in assigning roles if people do shit like that?

Yes, Riot has stated this is a bannable offense in the past.

As long as he tried he can play any champ he wants. I mean, supp MF is a thing.

Probably, but should you? I can't blame anyone for doing that when Riot forces them into a role they don't want to play just for the sake of keeping Flex que alive.
