Is there anything I can do to make sure intentional feeders get a punishment?

It feels like reporting is just a placebo and does nothing meaningful towards punishing intentional feeders and other trolls...

Reporting them isn't a Placebo. It does help. It could be that your report wasn't the proverbial "Straw that broke the camel's back" but it helps.

Reporting for unskilled, which did exist, WAS just Placebo. Hence why it was removed.

Do you have any way of knowing if an int feeder got punished when you report them?

outside of you being the very last report, no.

I'm pretty sure they changed it in the last month or two so that if someone ever reported that person they would get the popup now. It wasn't retroactive though, only reports since that change trigger the popup.

Intentional feeding gets punished extremely quickly, more than any other activity in the game. See: Shaclone getting banned on stream.

But isn't Shaclone an icon in the League community? That means Riot HAS to punish him quickly. But the trolls that no one knows don't have that same priority, no?

Fast punishment is one thing but the ban literally game as he was in champion select for next game, IIRC. That's not priority, that's just automatic punishment.

I call bullshit. talk crap without threats, racial, or homophobia and your punished after 2 games. Just talking pointing out feedrs will get you restricted. All someone has to do is say they ruined the experience and hurt my feelings. Bye have a nice day! Ive seen people at internet cafes feed games, not say anything and get away completely devoid of any punishment. Its a joke. Its a competetive game, people want to win. People get mad when someone tries to force a loss of LP while others are doing everything they can to win. The one throwing the game intentionally should be removed far more frequently than someone reacting to an asshole that is screwing 4 others. If people want a happy go lucky idgaf environment, go play smite.
