What else is there to say? I sit in bronze and play game after game with toxic and negative people. Most of the time reporting feeders and trolls does absolutely nothing. furthermore, people can be as toxic to you as they want, but if you say something back or if they tilt you badly enough to have a crappy game then report you, it's YOU that gets punished. Anyone can say whatever they want but if they aren't reported by pretty much the whole team multiple games, they get away with it. Riot's response is that I should mute them. Sure, then the lack of communication causes people to troll more, like taking cs or standing around in a teamfight letting me get killed for the luls. So I can't just mute people. I'm already stuck in elo hell, and I can't make getting out any harder. I can't tell people to STFU or stop being toxic because according to RIOT support then **IM THE ONE BEING NEGATIVE AND GET CHAT BANNED. **

It's f***ing embarrassing Riot.

By your logic, you have to be reported by "pretty much your whole team" for "multiple games" to get punished... but you also say if one person "reports you back it's YOU that gets punished".

Which is it? You contradict yourself here. You got punished because you are violating the rules - not because of any conspiracy against you. Simple solution: you stop violating the rules.

mass reports dont do anymore.
lack of communication? you want to have a serious communication with trolls inters and bullies? good luck in the real world.

I know it's not what you want to hear, but a little more self control will do you good. Yeah, you probably are more decent than the really bad ones, but you're actually the one in control of whether you get punished or not. Please peruse the forums a bit to better understand the rules, and then champion your cause.

Edit: your point is not wrong, just in before you get apples thrown at you for being punished.

Well yea, feeding in itself is not a punishable offense. People can be bad or get outplayed.

There's also case to be made about how players you view as trolls aren't actually trolling. Which I suspect to be the case here.

Meaning your reports are false reports, and there is no surprise that your reports are doing absolutely nothing.

On the part where you think you can't type anything back, let's have you understand the behavioral system a bit more.

Think of it like a health bar (or tension meter) in music games. When you hit the note at an off beat, your tension meter increases. When you completely miss a note, the meter increases by alot. When you hit the note at good timings, it reduces the meter.

Riot's behavior system works the same way, as in we all have a toxicity meter attached to our accounts. When players are mildly toxic, it goes up a tad. When people use hate speech, it pretty much fills up the meter. of course, clean games reduce the meter.

It is possible for playerA to get punished and playerB not to, even though playerB was waaayyyyy more toxic .

Let's say playerA started the game with the toxicity meter at 95% and playerB's at 35%. Ingame, playerB said some pretty nasty shit and playerA responds with some minor shit. After the game, playerA gains 10% toxicity and playerB gains 50%. Now playerA is at 105% toxicity and gets punished, whereas playerB is at 85%, and not punished in that specific game, even though playerB was found to be 5x more toxic than playerA in that game.

Riot is totally undeserving of any respect, ever. Only reason to is to continue playing the game if you really want to.
