What does getting mad do? Do you believe you typing to them will magically make them perform better? Newsflash, it doesn't. You are far better off to just mute+report and move on. You do realise that on your team you can only get 4 of those ''bad teammates'', while the enemy team can have 5 of those if you truly yourself perform better than the rest.
Also you accepted the terms when you created your League account, and by breaking those terms you got punished with a chat restriction.

If you can't get out of Bronze solo, then you aren't good enough for higher ratings. If you truly belong to a higher rating, you will eventually climb if you put your mind to it and have the necessary skills.

Focus on your own game-play. Mute everyone and just make sure you focus on making yourself better. Find a friend who is a similar level to you that you guys can help each other climb. Don't be toxic to your team, especially in ranked. This game is free. You don't have to spend a cent. You aren't getting banned for speaking the truth. You are getting banned for being an asshole. When my team loses I say to myself "what could I have done better"? Yes there are games where I was playing amazing and my team lost. But its a team game and you wont climb at all by flaming your whole team. Forgive people for making mistakes. And remember: THIS IS A VIDEOGAME. Chillax.
