How to report boosted account/shared account?

In my last ranked game there was a clear case of a boosted account(the annie) and you can tell that the account is shared from their game history. She raged and fed all game and we almost won but we lost cuz she fed like a bitch and was entirely useless. Not cool at all. That win would have taken me to promo. How can I report this?
