Can riot do something about the guys who act insanely toxic in chat?

I mean not that toxic but its annoying when I blind pick and get a feeding sona mid against a jhin mid and jhin mid keeps spamming "ez" and lives at 50 hp and says "cya nerds" or when we ff "gg ez trash"

Ik you guys are busy banning the really toxic people, but that jhin mid is probably going to be one of them if you don't shut him down soon.

I'd also like to know if there's a feature which can hide chat box, I usually mute all because I trust nobody when I queue solo. It also helps erasing toxic stuffs like those. I can mute in-game but the "gg ez trash" post game can't be hidden.

EDIT- Oh i can make the chatbox small

Not only can you make th chatbox smaller, but you can slide it off screen while in game aswell,

Just simply click and hold the edge of the chatbox,

Then drag it off screen

I wish I could mute in the pre-game lobby honestly. I also wish that if I muted someone in-game that it would carry over to the post game lobby. That would be nice.

i wish we could hide any chat boxes pre-game, during the game and post game. evey single of them i just don't wanna know what peoples has to say, its never of any interess

Isn't it pretty nice? I get downvoted anyway no matter what the subject is.
