Katarina support.

I was going adc as Lucian and this kid troll picks Katarina support. I'm no META ONLY BIBLETHUMPER but literally this is the kind of shit kids do that makes some people rage/flame. From the start of the game I told her not to take any CS or I'd afk because honestly it was already bad enough that I had zero support in katarina due to no peel/CC, shield, healing etc. So what does she do...takes CS on purpose and pushes the wave with her Q's. Now am I unreasonable in saying that this should be reportable somehow? (side note I left botlane and started farming jungle monsters to try and keep up my CS and items and also farmed mid/top when my laners weren't there). ended up taking 2 of the 3 towers we took all game. stopped typing anything in chat after leaving bot lane (and no I didn't cuss out anybody but I did thank her for ruining my game because she sure as hell did)

We cant judge based only on your point of view. I like playing ADC role, or Support (like Morgana/Lux). and want to tell how I feel.

When I play AD Carry I farm good, and dont mind if my supp hits few minions or even take the kill. Because I cant carry the game without him, because he makes me kills, protect me, help with objectives etc. Or kill enemy team so I can free farm and push towers.
When I play support (just got rank 7 on Morgana), all early game is yours. You got the cs, you got vision, you got shelds, you got stuns and kills if you good enough. When its middle game, it's pushing time. If you not in lane (back to base, or died, or leaved me 1v2) all farm is mine, all kills is mine, all damage is mine. I'm the one who carry now. And usually my damage is twice as bigger than my adc...

So. About the subj of this topic. If Kata can snowball quickly and then give you kills or assists - then its fine, let her carry you. If she fails in that - that would be totally different topic. [slayer-jinx-wink]

It is very unreasonable to request to report someone who you threatened and instigated. You threatened to AFK for something every support accidentally does. You left lane, you roamed, you left your support to die in a lane by herself because you weren't there to offer her assistance, or, you know, play the role you signed up for. It's irrelevant that you roamed and took towers in other lanes. Leaving a 2v2 lane so that your support now feeds as a 2v1 is all on you, and it's no wonder you lost your game. You need to not throw fits and actually give things a chance, she could have actually been a very good support. The whole passive aggressive "thank you for ruining my game" is selfish, narcissistic, and wholly your fault, because giving up and throwing the game is exactly what you did, which is a reportable offense.

And so you're aware, it's possible to support without peel, CC, or heals. Poke supports exist to engineer kill lanes and their prime directive is to poke the enemies to either drive them out of the lane to deny them creep and XP or weaken them to the point where you can kill them. Brand, Annie, Vel'Kozak, Veigar, and Karma all qualify as poke supports. It exists and it's a very viable tactic in the game. Katarina can theoretically act as one of these, but you just didn't even give it a chance because you were too busy being childish and indignant that she wasn't a meta pick.

im not going to sit here and tell you that you are wrong or right cause i was not there to see this all but for the report function, i would put unsportsman like (the first option) and write down "refused to communicate" and any other details in there in the comment section cause no matter how you put it, some one picking kat into support and then playing in bot lane like it is their mid lane (taking ur cs, not getting sightstone, managing the wave how they want to and forcing you to fight over who's lane it really is your or theirs) is all them not wanting to work with you or communicate with you which is not how a team should work

i one time spammed the [?] button in norms and got LB for my support role and guess what, i took no cs, tried to cc w/ my chain and warded the lane and tried the best that i could to play LB to the support role (it was a pretty funny game) so even tho i had a weird pick i still communicated and worked with my team
