After a ~6 months break I came back to be reminded why I quit in the first place...

Seriously, what is this: Thought, ok let's play a couple games, let's see how things are now. One game ADC trolls, goes to other lanes, feeds and takes cs, and is mildly toxic.

I report them after the game. They get punished. (I know it's him since I haven't reported anyone in 6 months and I immediately got the notification)

Next game, adc decides last minute to also go Top and troll there, calls everyone on our team names, and throws in a bunch of 'kys' throughout the game. I tell him he'll get banned. He laughs and says" Yea OK because Riot cares"

I report him after the game. He gets banned immediately. (again I know this since well, I got the notification right after I sent the report)

So, 2 out of 2 games were terrible, the people are still toxic, apparently Riot just cant solve that problem of toxic people (but EVERY other Moba can, wtf Riot)...

That's it again for another 6 months I guess. I'll try again in 2020 [slayer-jinx-catface]

Every other moba can solve toxic people? that's complete bullshit. Dota is caustic, HotS just restricts speech, Moba legends has people trying to insult you but most people don't speak the same language so they say broken insults and you might not register them

WoW has toxicty, Starcraft, Diablo, CoD, PoE, CS:GO, Day-Z... I cant think of a game that allows for communication that doesn't wind up with toxicity which leads me to believe companies as a whole are approaching it wrong

Oh, that word "just." I hate it. Awful word.

You are using a minuscule sample size of TWO to determine that Riot can't do anything about toxicity. The problem is that neither Riot, nor anyone else can preemptively punish players who do stupid things.

Please back up your statement with proof. Which Moba has completely solved toxic players? Is it one that's shut down and has no more players, because that's the only foolproof solution.
