Boards Suspension and my opinion on why I didn't deserve it.

So I was recently suspended for 7 days for posting a F*** , Marry Kill post , saying us your top 3 mastery champs and pick which of the three they fell in. I first posted this in "memes and games" and that was removed because it fell "under the wrong section" , so i posted it on General Discussion. Thats when i got my 7 day suspension. Ok So now that the back story is there I want to explain why I don't think I deserve the ban , so as you can see here http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/GD/c2GM0LxK-fuck-kill-marry-league-edition , this post has been posted before under "general discussion" so why didn't that post get removed and the player get suspended when I did, it doesn't make much sense to me.... If you want to declare that you don't want these kinda posts on the boards, then perhaps be consistent so these things aren't confusing.

Hey there,

First off, you're mistaken about why the original post was removed. If you check your Notifications, you'll see the message stated that the post was removed because that type of discussion is not appropriate for the Boards. You re-posting it again despite that message is what then escalated the action against your account to a suspension.

As for the post you linked, just because a post was acceptable 2 years ago does not mean it is now. I've gone ahead and removed it to avoid confusion, but rules have adjusted over time so just because you see something from back then doesn't mean you can post about it now.

Seeing as how the thread is still open I'm a bit skeptical. What (with offending content removed) did the notification say? They are onboarding new moderators so some confusion may have been a possibility. (also maybe nobody reported the other thread?)

I got moderated for selling accounts when I was only talking about it. I don't think some of the moderators speak English that well I wouldn't worry about it.
