I had the saltiest player tell me to "kys", "die tonight" "if not I hope you have two beautiful children that die of cancer" can someone PLEASE help me out here on how to get this person banned? I may have been a bit salty to this person but, nothing to this sort of violent attitude. I have their Summoner Name, I'd really like to try and get something done with this player if possible.

If you reported them, you did enough.
Did you report them at the end of game lobby screen? If so. Your done. No need to take it any further. If they keep being an asshat like that in more games they will get punished, you can be assured that they WILL get banned if they keep doing that even after the other 3 punishments.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to report them since my client lagged. >.> I do have their Summoner Name though. IF I happen to get in a game with them again. I will know their name. But, still, people are getting worse and worse with their attitude, especially violent attitude like that.
