Missing Candy Cane and Firecracker ward skins

I own both of these wards and they use to work before but, in champion select when I go to the ward option to select a different one, they don't show up. I saw someone in game who used their Firecracker ward so is it just me or is someone else having the same problem with either of these wards? In the shop it shows the Firecracker ward as owned and the Candy Cane ward won't even show up.

I got this one for you.

Rioters have confirmed sometime about a couple weeks ago, a bug emerged that can make some wards not appear on the ward selection menu. Riot Trikney has also confirmed that you still have these wards and that he and others are currently working on the problem.

I have the same problem about the firecrakcer ward so yeah... meh.
