I Need human assistance

I dunno whats going on I requested human in support and I keep getting blitzbot or sent to some other bot. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I had a 10 game chat restriction last month and I got made at more trolls in my games and your system completely skips the 25 game chat restriction and goes directly to 14 day suspension. Yes I was made i should not have spoken up but it was not "extreme toxic". My duo said more than I did and he only got his 25 game chat restriction so what the hell? I need someone to downgrade this punishment to what it is suppose to be. Again where is the real Human Customer support?

It is unusual to skip steps in the punishment system unless you triggered the zero tolerance part of the system.

If you post the full unedited chat logs, perhaps we can identify what happened.

You can skip chat restrictions and land in the 14-day ban if you have behavior that warrants an escalation. If you post your chat logs other players here can give you their opinion on what would have caused it or if you have a good shot at getting it reduced. Other people's behavior in your game has no bearing on your own responsibility over your own behavior.

From what I understand getting a person in customer support is more a measure of persistence and asking the right questions. If you're asking things that an automated response answers (even if it's not an answer you like, such as "no, we wont remove the punishment"), then you're liable to get an automated response.

Maybe you need to respect your teammates like humans first, then you might deserve human assistance.
