I Need human assistance

I dunno whats going on I requested human in support and I keep getting blitzbot or sent to some other bot. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I had a 10 game chat restriction last month and I got made at more trolls in my games and your system completely skips the 25 game chat restriction and goes directly to 14 day suspension. Yes I was made i should not have spoken up but it was not "extreme toxic". My duo said more than I did and he only got his 25 game chat restriction so what the hell? I need someone to downgrade this punishment to what it is suppose to be. Again where is the real Human Customer support?
