Making a sick play automatically makes you team leader.
Yeah people just don't want to win anymore. Personally I'd follow a guy who is flaming but knows what he's doing as I don't really play ranked to make friends. In a ranked game anyone who knows his stuff and tries to win is an ally, the rest are just enemies placed on the wrong team.

It applies to so many matches where people don't realize that they could hav the winning strategy but if they hav the public speaking skills of a drunken sailor then they will not get anyone to want to care about listening

But you're just a detriment to the team if you're doing as bad as someone inting.
Maybe instead of looking at someone's attitude when they're giving relevant advice that you need, you pay attention to just the advice.
Having a good attitude rarely works anymore either.

You should also not expect the only strong person on your team being able to carry you when you and 2 others are not playing to be carried. Cause unless said player is playing some dumb 1v9 champ like master yi, you are not going to win when the weak players refuse to do any teamwork to enable that fed player.
Go back to EUNE with these posts. Do you have evidence to support this claim? Since we're using anecdotal evidence, I played 10 game. Was playing awesomely in 8 and in 7 out of those 8 game, everyone listened to my calls. There you go.

Even if they were to listen they wouldn't do squat. That 0/14 botlane isn't going to suddenly start slaying because you made them feel good inside.
