I don't understand why you're getting downvoted. This is what I see in almost every ranked game. If someone was shotcalling, and NOBODY was listening, then they pull off a clutch play, immediately everyone starts doing what they say. It's hilarious.

Because most of these players mindset is "Don't tell me what we could be doing to increase our chances of winning the game, I want to play MY way." They rather lose the game than cooperate with their teammates in a TEAM GAME. [sg-miss-fortune]

Yeah people just don't want to win anymore. Personally I'd follow a guy who is flaming but knows what he's doing as I don't really play ranked to make friends. In a ranked game anyone who knows his stuff and tries to win is an ally, the rest are just enemies placed on the wrong team.

It applies to so many matches where people don't realize that they could hav the winning strategy but if they hav the public speaking skills of a drunken sailor then they will not get anyone to want to care about listening

There are people who don't speak english who come to NA servers and make it to Diamond in a matter of weeks, obviously they have no way of inspiring their matchmade team, yet they climb no problem. Saying someone can't climb because they are a bad public speaker is blatantly false.

Not about climbing, it's about shot calling. Its the difference between saying "I'm the only positive players so you idiots need to listen to me and go baron" and "I'll split bot, y'all go baron and I'll TP in if the enemy shows up"

Not saying a player has to rally their team to glorious victory every game but that if they're going to do attempt to coordinate the other players, then they could try not to be a dick while relaying strategy.

Just one problem - people won't listen anyway because why should they? And most of the time they won't even bother to respond with even a "K" or "Nah". Politeness doesn't open doors anymore, not online at least.

Completely false. It's just that because people hav a "being nice just makes me look weak" mentality their attempts to be nice come off at best as passive aggressive.

I've had games when I've told my team how to play, I've been in games with that Yasuo player who thinks he's Faker. I didn't shit on him for messing up, I explained, as Nami that Yasuo you can ult off of my wave. That if he stayed with me he can get an ult off easier. Simple fix, he stopped roaming alone and we sieged mid.

Long and short is that being nice helps. It's not the only solution and not everyone will be cooperative but it's far better than arrogantly barking orders at players

But you're just a detriment to the team if you're doing as bad as someone inting.

Maybe instead of looking at someone's attitude when they're giving relevant advice that you need, you pay attention to just the advice.

sometimes you get the dice roll on whether or not riot picks you up.

Been saying the same shit for years but one particular time got me a 10 game chat restriction even though I've said way worse (I think the literal only insults I said that game were "troll" and "trash" because I was being counterjungled by my own blitzcrank)

That's the thing though, you've been saying shit for years meaning you hav some kind of report history yet only hav one chat restriction. People get permabanned for chat related offenses and I'm just like "Did you type a novel in chat every match?"

You should also not expect the only strong person on your team being able to carry you when you and 2 others are not playing to be carried. Cause unless said player is playing some dumb 1v9 champ like master yi, you are not going to win when the weak players refuse to do any teamwork to enable that fed player.

Go back to EUNE with these posts. Do you have evidence to support this claim? Since we're using anecdotal evidence, I played 10 game. Was playing awesomely in 8 and in 7 out of those 8 game, everyone listened to my calls. There you go.

Lool trash yes! And I'd get the "you're reported" every single time. Yet 3+ honors every game. The truth is, people want a leader if they can't be one. I'd rather have a president who knows what he's doing but throws insults rather than suffering with one who sucks at leading and is being nice.

If they hold 2 wards and we don't have vision, you bet I do. Also, when they make stupid play after stupid play after stupid play, I call them trash. They flame back and I'm cool with it. But then they eventually follow my engage and calls on who to focus/shield etc.
